Due to the nature of this business, No Refunds or Exchanges are allowed. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. 

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages will come with a tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they handle your package.

If you will not be home on expected arrival date and time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office at WWW.USPS.COM
