Due to the nature of this business refunds/exchanges are not accepted. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer.  For this reason all sales are final.  Because of this policy we strongly recommend to send any questions or concerns to chanelelijahcollection@gmail.com before purchase.
